Rules

> Nominations

1. You may nominate only one fic per category.
2. Self-nominations are welcome.
3. Each fic can be nominated in only one category, so choose carefully.
4. Please check that the fic you are nominating has not already been added to the nominees section.
5. Do not nominate more than two fics per author.
6. Authors can have only one fic in each category.
7. WIPs are welcome.

We will check with each author that their fic has been placed in the most appropriate category. If it has been nominated in two categories, they will be offered a choice between them. They will also be offered the option of having their fic removed if they do not wish it to be nominated.

We do track IP addresses, and if somebody breaks the rules and nominates more than one fic per category, only their first nomination will count. If a form is not filled in correctly, the nomination will be discounted.

> Voting

1. You may vote only once in each category. IP addresses are recorded.
2. You are not required to vote in every category.

Rules may be added if and when they are needed.
