This is a list of HP fics where Harry is a father-figure to a canon character.
What is accepted:
> Fics where a canon character is de-aged and looked after by Harry.
> Fics where Harry is the biological father of a canon character (through time travel).
> Fics where Harry gets guardianship of a canon character.
> Fics where Harry acts as a mentor to a canon character (this could include apprenticeships).
What is not accepted:
> Fics where Harry has no children.
> Fics where the children involved were not created by J. K. Rowling.
> WIPs under 3,000 words long.
Let me make it clear that this is NOT a list of my recommendations, I haven't even read all of the fics, although I do generally check that they fit the requirements.

Technically, Harry is Snape's adopted brother here, but he does look after 'Sevvy', especially in the first story. Rated PG.
